The demonstration day “ClimaGrenn” opens the doors of the Research Centre within the Research Center for the Study of the Quality of Agro-Food Products where the specialists from the university along with partners from Norway present and give details about this system.
The event is a component of the ClimaGreen project, whose overall objective is to demonstrate the efficiency of integrating heat pumps in order to increase the productivity of vegetable crops in greenhouses.
The project also aims to evaluate how heat stored during summer can be used for the operation of the greenhouse in the cold seasons.
